- Experience in designing projects for both Print and Digital media from concept creation to complete the project.
- Ability to work collaboratively with client engagement teams, creative directors, and account managers.
- Understand business objectives and proactively contribute both strategic and design ideas.
- Develop a high level of understanding of brief requirements, communication strategy, and client’s perspective and execution of campaigns along with team members.
- Provide concepts for digital, offline, and social media campaigns.
- Develop the visual tone and messages that will shape the most effective communication for the concerned brand.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once.
- Able to naturally funnel constructive criticism into new ideas.
- Design website, microsite, web banners, and other UI-based collateral.
Qualification & Expirence
- 2-4 Year Similar Expirence
- Ability to create artwork and lead the team.
- A Professional degree from a design school is advantageous.
- The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.
- This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
- Portfolio of work
- Develop and design, or provide support for, a wide variety of creative marketing solutions, such as websites, advertising, magazines, posters, hoardings, displays, corporate communications, and corporate identity efforts.
- Support the maintenance of archiving assets, photos, printed projects, and marketing materials
- Managing design content and making design recommendations for a diverse clientele
- Ability to think outside of the box when problem-solving, yet be able to identify, respect, and work creatively within boundaries
- Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
- Create and maintain high standards of creative designs
- Manage creative samples and promotional items, estimate sizes and quantities, and determine time and costs for creative marketing solutions
- Solid conceptual, visualization during all phases of creative development on additional projects and duties, as needed
Skills Required:
- Highly skilled graphic artist, both conceptually and tactically.
- Thorough knowledge of design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, ), and HTML programming skills are a plus.
- Outstanding management skills. You’ll have projects at various stages running on a daily basis.
- Self-driven with the ability to work without constant supervision
- Must enjoy working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to create and write engaging content for Product presentations, Sales presentations, Digital campaigns, Social Media, Email Marketing Content, Web content Writing, SMS content, Technical writing, Creative writing, Technical specifications, Training Manuals, Editorials, and Press releases.
- Create content for social media calendars and campaigns including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Creative writing such as thoughts, slogans, etc.
- Technical Content Writing/Creative Content Writing/SEO Content Writing/Digital Marketing Content Writing.
- Coordinating with internal marketing teams and creating Website content
- Ability to convert ideas into writing with clarity.
- Write quality, professional blog post articles relevant to the brand mainly for Real Estate, Business Centres, and the Digital Marketing sector.
- Should understand the value of customer insights and in-depth, meaningful research to generate quality content.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills.
